2017 Winter Break Service Trip
It has become our annual tradition to take a service trip during the February School Break. This year we will again be working with World Impact, a Christian ministry that focuses on urban areas around the country. We will be serving at World Impact’s School in Newark. In past years, we have served in the classroom as teachers’ aides and completed various work projects around the campus. We will work during the day and have a program each evening. Participants from 6th grade through adults are welcome attend. You can read about our trip last year on the church blog.
Regular Registration by January 30th for $175
Final Registration by February 13th for $195
The cost of the trip includes travel, lodging and food. Some spending money will be needed for meals on the road.

What to Bring
- Spending Money (about $25)

- Sleeping Bag, pillow and flashlight
- Toiletries and Bath Towel
- Comfortable indoor recreation clothing
- Indoor work clothing/work gloves
- Jeans/ Non-work clothing for classroom time
- Comfortable footwear/work boots
- Medication if needed
