The Annual Father & Son Campout has been rescheduled for August 18th and 19th. All men are welcome, you don’t have to have a son to attend. If you were already registered for the originally scheduled campout, you do not need to re-register. If you were not originally able to attend but would like to sign up for the new dates, registration is available below.

The campout takes place on Gilman Island, which is reached by canoe. The evening will include setting up camp, dinner, and a campfire with music and a message. Then there’s time to visit around the campfire, stay up late, and sleep in a tent.

Plan to meet  at 5 PM. The exact launch location will be determined soon. We’ll launch canoes for Gilman Island at 5:30 PM. It is about a 15 minute trip, depending on how the river is moving.  You are welcome to bring your own canoe. Food will be provided. If you have food allergies, please feel free to bring what you need. In the morning there will be an early breakfast, and then it will be time to break camp. Return from Gilman will be between 7:30 and 8 AM (This is the “official” ending of the event. You’re welcome to stay longer if you wish)
